The Accuratus AccuMed AQUA smart card keyboard is similar to a standard keyboard in looks but has sealed internal components so it can be fully washed and cleansed, ideal for a medical / dental / clinical environment or even in workplaces, schools and other environments that have requirements for infection control. The complete keyboard even has Antibacterial protection, designed to deactivate bacteria, virus, fungi and algae over time.

The AQUA smart card keyboard features an integrated smart card reader on the side for additional convenience and quick sign in. The AccuMed range of medical grade keyboards & mice are specifically designed for environments with strict hygienic requirements such as hospitals, doctors and food production areas.

Cleaning Instructions
The best practice for cleaning and disinfecting our keyboards and mice, including the cleaning frequency and method, depends on the specific use and conditions in your environment. We would recommend treating our products as you would treat any other high frequency touch surface in the same room.

The AccuMed Aqua Smart Card Keyboard can be washed as the keyboard can be fully submersed, sprayed or wiped with all standard hospital grade disinfectants and wipes, ideal for a regular deep clean or frequent wiping. If the keyboard is fully submersed, please allow the water to exit the keyboard and dry it before connecting it back to the computer. Note. If the USB connector gets wet please completely dry this before inserting it back to a USB port.
